Kids Buy Back Scheme

Buying from us can be cheaper and safer than hiring.
As your children grow out of equipment purchased from us why not bring it back and we will give you a credit toward your next purchase of childrens equipment of up to 30% of the original value paid.

Conditions:

• You must retain the original receipt. No credit or cash refunds will be given. The credit value will reflect the condition of the equipment.
• Ski poles, clothing and accessories are not included in this scheme.

• For UK residents, skis and bindings sold via www.severnsports.co.uk have the same guarantees as if purchased in store.
• Skis and bindings will not be mounted when purchased unless we are in possession of your ski boot for safety and compatibility reasons.
• You can send, at your expense, your ski boot and we will mount the bindings FREE OF CHARGE.
• You can bring your boot and receipt into our shop and we will mount the bindings FREE OF CHARGE.
• Please allow at least a couple of hours for this.
• Once a new pair of skis and bindings have been mounted (except for a ski and binding system set up where drilling is not required) they cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Snowboards and Bindings Purchased Online

• For UK residents, snowboards and bindings sold via www.severnsports.co.uk have the same guarantees as if purchased in store.
• Bindings will be supplied un-mounted in all cases, as it is not possible to safely set up snowboards without the rider being present.
• Simply visit the store together with your boot and receipt and we will happily set up your equipment FREE OF CHARGE.
• Please allow at least a couple of hours for this.

Ski/Snowboard Boot Purchases Online

• It is highly recommended that you have boots custom fitted by an experienced and qualified boot fitter. We will supply boots via www.severnsports.co.uk but will not responsible for fit or suitability. If you are at all uncertain, please visit the store and we will happily provide a fitting service FREE OF CHARGE.

• No refunds will be given for unsuitable or unwanted purchases made via www.severnsports.co.uk . Good can be exchanged up to there value, but the return postage cost is the purchases responsibility and additional postage costs will be deducted for the credit value..

Goods must be received at our Returns Department within 21 days: in new condition, with the original packaging, labeling and Severn Sports receipts. The 21 days start from the day of dispatch, but as a minimum includes a period of 7 working days from the day after delivery to you as the permitted cancellation period.

Special orders taken on behalf of the customer are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Videos, books, safety equipment, ropes and snowchains are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless incorrect or defective. All of the above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We highly recommend that items being returned be sent via insured, trackable delivery for your protection.

Please note: all return postage charges must be met by customer, unless the goods are faulty. If the goods are faulty, please contact us for an authorisation reference.

All warranty returns must be clean and free from dirt and mud to comply with the current Health and Safety Regulations. Videos, books, safety equipment, ropes and snowchains are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless incorrect or defective. All of the above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Delivery

We use an insured, trackable delivery services from The Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Courier.

48 hour delivery is from the date of dispatch not the date of ordering, subject to stock availability. For goods out of stock, we will update you with our anticipated delivery date within 3 working day of receiving the order. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take up to 3 working days.

Payment for goods will be taken up to 24 hours prior to dispatching the goods

Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, with parcels requiring a signature. If there is normally no one at home, a card will be left to re-arrange delivery, or, please supply an alternative address that can receive the parcel on your behalf.

Severn Sports acceptance of your order commences when your order is dispatched. At this point the purchase contract starts and you will be charged for the goods.

All skis and snowboards to UK mainland will be charged £9.95 delivery irrespective of order value.

Prices

Prices on www.severnsports.co.uk, catalogues and shops include V.A.T. and are checked for accuracy. Occasionally errors may occur where prices are incorrectly displayed or change as a result of circumstances beyond our control. In those situations, you will be informed of the correct/revised prices once we receive your order, and if you should not wish to purchase the product concerned at that price we will cancel that part of the order.

Items offered in mailings are available at featured prices only while stocks last. It is at the sole discretion of severnsports.co.uk to continue or discontinue the featured pricing level, after the specified date.
